According to sources, the telecommunications company will not be renewing their agreement with the 2021 US Open champion, ending their partnership.

Sources claim she demanded excessive funds after already earning £3 million annually.

Raducanu, aged 22, had been earning £3 million annually from Vodafone since signing the contract in December 2021.

Simultaneously, she secured deals with other major brands including British Airways, Evian, Tiffany, and Nike.

The British tennis star has faced challenges with her performance and fitness in recent years.

Vodafone`s decision to end the partnership comes after claims that Raducanu “demanded too much money” for contract renewal.

In 2024, Raducanu amassed a significant £9 million from endorsements, bringing her total annual income to £11 million and ranking her as the seventh highest-paid female athlete globally that year.

Despite the Vodafone termination, Raducanu continues to maintain numerous other endorsement agreements.

Nike and Wilson are reportedly each contributing £100,000 to her sponsorship portfolio.

Furthermore, Raducanu earns £2 million each from her deals with Dior and Tiffany.

She also had a partnership with Porsche, which ended in October when Porsche reclaimed the luxury car provided to her.

Raducanu had been using a £125,000 911 Carrera GTS Cabriolet for the past three years.

A source close to Raducanu mentioned that “Emma no longer has a Porsche. They took it back.”

A Porsche representative stated that while they occasionally loan Emma a car, it is on an “ad hoc basis.”

Raducanu has been contacted for her comments on the situation.

Return to Form After Stalker Incident

Last month, Raducanu experienced a resurgence in her tennis career, reaching the quarter-finals of the Miami Open.

Leading up to the tournament, she decided to split with her coach, Vlado Platenik, after only one match together.

Earlier in the year, Raducanu was unfortunately the target of a stalker during the Dubai Open. This “fixated” individual reportedly followed her for 3,600 miles, causing her significant distress.

Raducanu was visibly upset and in tears when she recognized the stalker just moments into her match. Security intervened, and Dubai Police arrested the individual.

Although Raducanu later dropped the charges, the stalker signed a restraining order, prohibiting him from approaching Raducanu and banning him from attending future WTA tennis events.
