UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping continues his acting career, securing a lead role in the new crime thriller Atlas King, directed by Nika Agiashvili.
Bisping will star alongside George Finn in Atlas King, described as an intense thriller produced by Storyman Pictures. The film is expected to be presented for sales at the Cannes Market during the Cannes Film Festival in France.
In Atlas King, Bisping will portray a tough ex-fighter who returns to his hometown after years away to bury his friend and resolve past issues. He teams up with his godson (Finn), a street enforcer connected to the criminal underworld, forming an uneasy partnership to execute a dangerous heist and escape a ruthless mob boss.
Bisping has previously held notable roles in various projects, including the upcoming Red Sonja adaptation, scheduled for release in late 2025. He has also appeared in the Twin Peaks revival, XXX: The Return of Xander Cage, and the Den of Thieves film series.
“I am excited to work with Nika and his team,” Bisping stated. “The script captivated me from the very beginning.”
Production for Atlas King is anticipated to begin this summer, with filming taking place in downtown Los Angeles.
