UFC fighter Sedriques Dumas has been taken into custody and booked at the Escambia County Jail in Florida, facing numerous charges, among them robbery and battery.
He currently remains in custody with his bond set at $558,500, according to publicly available court documents.
While specific details surrounding the arrest are not yet fully disclosed, the arrest is connected to several alleged offenses. The most serious charge is listed as robbery at a residence, specifically categorized as “home invasion without firearm or weapon.” This single charge accounts for $500,000 of the total bond amount.
Additionally, Dumas faces felony battery charges and a charge for possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon in Florida.
His arrest record also lists two other charges: possession of drug equipment and possession of a controlled substance or drug without a prescription.
He was initially booked on Wednesday and is still being held.
This incident is not the first time Dumas has had legal troubles while under contract with the UFC. He was previously arrested on felony battery charges in February 2024, though those charges were later dropped.
Public records indicate that Dumas has been arrested over a dozen times within Escambia County.
The 29-year-old athlete`s most recent fight was at UFC 314, where he lost via first-round TKO to Michal Oleksiejczuk.
