The Montreal Canadiens have not yet provided new information regarding the health status of two key injured players.

Head coach Martin St. Louis, when asked about goaltender Samuel Montembeault and defenseman Alexandre Carrier on Monday, could not share any updates.

Montembeault sustained an injury in Game 3 on Friday and was unavailable to start Game 4. Jakub Dobes started in goal for that game, making 21 saves in a 5-2 loss.

Carrier was injured in Game 4 following a hit from Capitals forward Tom Wilson in the neutral zone.

A more detailed update on both players is anticipated on Tuesday after practice. Game 5 between the Canadiens and Capitals will be played on Wednesday at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT.

The Capitals currently lead the series 3-1.
