Florida Panthers forwards Eetu Luostarinen and Anton Lundell are expected to be available for the start of the Stanley Cup Final series.
Head coach Maurice confirmed that despite not practicing on Saturday, both players are anticipated to be ready.
Maurice noted that the only remaining uncertainty regarding player availability is forward A.J. Greer, whose status is day-to-day due to an undisclosed injury.
Luostarinen sustained an injury and left during the Panthers` 5-3 victory over the Carolina Hurricanes on Thursday, which clinched the series. The 26-year-old player collided with the boards after missing a hit and did not return to the game.
In the playoffs so far, Luostarinen has accumulated 13 points, including four goals and nine assists, over 17 games.
The reason for Lundell`s absence from practice was not specified. He has recorded 12 points (five goals, seven assists) through 17 playoff appearances.
Greer missed the fourth game of the Eastern Conference Final on Monday but was back in the lineup for the decisive Game 4 on Thursday. He has registered three points (two goals, one assist) in 12 playoff contests.
The Florida Panthers, defending champions, are set to face the Edmonton Oilers in the Stanley Cup Final, in a matchup that reprises last year`s championship series.
