Sports news » Noche UFC 3 Relocates to San Antonio from Guadalajara

The upcoming Noche UFC 3 event, originally planned for September in Guadalajara, Mexico, has been moved. This relocation is necessary because construction on the designated arena in Guadalajara will not be finished in time for the event.

Due to the unavailability of the Guadalajara venue, the UFC has decided to shift the Noche UFC card to San Antonio, Texas. The event is now scheduled to take place at the Frost Bank Center on September 13th.

The news of the venue change was officially announced during the UFC Vegas 107 broadcast that occurred on Saturday.

This move confirms rumors that have circulated for several weeks. Speculation about the potential relocation of the Noche UFC card arose after other events previously scheduled for Guadalajara were also moved due to concerns about the arena`s completion status.

The third annual Noche UFC celebration, coinciding with Mexican Independence Day, is now officially set for Texas. The previous two editions of this event were held in Las Vegas.

Although initially announced under the designation UFC 320, the card will now proceed as a Fight Night event.

As of now, no specific fights for the San Antonio card have been announced by the promotion.
