Taylor Bull triumphantly returned to gloveless combat at BKB 52, overcoming previous challenges to secure a significant victory in the Bare Knuckle Boxing Mighty Trigon arena.

Following a notable defeat to BKFC veteran Joseph Creer in his last Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship appearance, the Canadian bare-knuckle champion, Taylor Bull, signed with BKB Bare Knuckle Boxing. His opponent was announced as Bubba McDaniel, a fighter recognized for his extensive background across various combat sports disciplines.

McDaniel boasts an impressive resume, having faced seasoned fighters such as Zion Tomlinson Sr, former BKFC champion Chris Camozzi, and even future UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland during his UFC tenure. Ahead of the highly anticipated March 28th bout, Taylor Bull shared his perspective, emphasizing his respect for McDaniel's experience:

“I'm eager to face him; he's a seasoned veteran, and I'm not taking him lightly at all. My focus remains on my own strategy. Hesitation is detrimental, so I'll be concentrating on executing my game plan and dictating the pace. What he brings to the table is his concern; I'm confident that if I perform at my best, he'll face a tough challenge.”

He added, "As a fighter, you always consider your opponent's capabilities, but I'm incredibly confident. Training camp has been excellent; I feel fantastic and healthy. I'm really looking forward to what I hope will be an exciting fight, though you truly never know what will happen."

Taylor Bull Adds to His Highlight Reel with a Dominant Trigon Debut at BKB 52

Despite his earlier acknowledgment that fight outcomes are unpredictable, Bull delivered precisely the exciting performance he hoped for. He decisively dispatched Bubba McDaniel in the very first round of their BKB 52 clash. This impressive knockout victory, especially against an opponent of McDaniel's caliber, instantly positions Bull as a formidable contender within the promotion following a spectacular debut.

The victory also holds significant implications for Bull's championship aspirations, particularly as Julian Fernandez claimed the BKB super cruiserweight title by knocking out Alex Wilson later that same night at BKB 52. With this win in the super cruiserweight division, Bull moves closer to challenging for that championship, a title he aims to add to his collection of bare-knuckle accolades, which already includes Havoc FC gold from his successes in Canadian grassroots gloveless combat circuits.
