Jonas Johansson will remain in Tampa.

The team announced on Wednesday that they have signed the goaltender to a two-year contract extension with an average annual value of $1.25 million.

The 29-year-old Johansson played 19 games for the Lightning this season, posting an .895 save percentage and a 3.13 goals-against average. He played a career-high 26 games for the team in the 2023-24 season.

Throughout his career, the Swedish netminder has appeared in 80 games, owning a 3.29 GAA and an .890 save percentage.
