The Tampa Bay Lightning continue to shape their roster as the off-season progresses.

On Sunday, the team announced their latest transaction: signing forward Jack Finley to a three-year contract with an average annual value (AAV) of $775,000.

The 22-year-old`s contract will be a two-way deal for the 2025-26 season, transitioning to a one-way contract for the subsequent two years.

Finley played last season for the Syracuse Crunch in the AHL, achieving career bests with 14 goals in 40 games. His 28 points ranked sixth on the team, and he also reached personal highs in plus-minus (+11) and game-winning goals (two).

Over his AHL career, all spent with the Crunch, Finley has accumulated 81 points (39 goals, 42 assists) in 161 games.

Finley, originally drafted 57th overall by Tampa Bay in 2020, made his NHL debut with the Lightning earlier this year. In a game against the Boston Bruins on January 14, 2025, he played 8:25 and finished with a plus-1 rating.
