Mahura, a 27-year-old blueliner, participated in 67 games during the last season. He registered nine points, all of which were assists, and contributed significantly on the defensive end with 89 hits and 54 blocked shots.

The six-foot, 193-pound defenceman has accumulated 54 career points, consisting of 10 goals and 44 assists.

Speaking about the signing, Botterill stated, “Josh was an important addition to our blue line last season. He plays an honest, physical game and rounded out our group of defencemen. He`s also a great teammate. We`re excited to have him back for another two years.”
