Jon Jones is partnering with Mike Perry. Dirty Boxing Championship announced that the UFC heavyweight champion and former light heavyweight champion has become a co-owner of the combat sports organization.

“I was hooked from the first show,” Jones said in the announcement. “I believe this is going to be a powerhouse of combat sports. I’m proud to sign my name next to it.”

This move continues Jones’ working relationship with managers Malki and Abe Kawa, who founded Dirty Boxing alongside Perry in 2024. The Dirty Boxing ruleset features fighters competing in five-ounce gloves, with elbows and limited ground-and-pound allowed.

Dirty Boxing holds its next event Saturday, headlined by former UFC middleweight title challenger Yoel Romero fighting Ras Hylton in a heavyweight bout. Former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski competes in the co-main event against Terrance Hodges.

Jones is expected to attend Saturday’s show in Miami.

Jones’ UFC career is currently on hold as fans wait to see if he will agree to a fight with interim heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall. “Bones” has dismissed Aspinall as a contender, and is more interested in a fight with Alex Pereira, who recently lost his light heavyweight title to Magomed Ankalaev at UFC 313.
