Winnipeg Jets goaltender Connor Hellebuyck stated that his confidence has not wavered, despite being pulled in his team`s last two playoff losses.

Hellebuyck, who was announced Monday as a Vezina Trophy finalist, told reporters his mindset is strong heading into Game 5 at home against St. Louis on Wednesday.

The Blues tied the Western Conference best-of-seven first-round series 2-2 after defeating the Jets 5-1 on Sunday and 7-2 last Thursday in St. Louis.

“It`s unpleasant to give up so many goals, but the series is tied 2-2. That`s all that matters. We need to win the next game,” Hellebuyck said after he and most of his teammates did not participate in Monday`s optional skate.
