Vegas Golden Knights captain Mark Stone`s availability for Game 4 against the Edmonton Oilers on Monday will be determined closer to game time, according to head coach Bruce Cassidy.
Stone, sidelined by an upper-body injury during Saturday`s 4-3 victory, did participate in Monday morning`s skate, practicing with the top forward line featuring Jack Eichel and Ivan Barbashev.
The exact timing of his injury is uncertain. However, during Saturday`s game, he had incidental head contact with the knee of Oilers forward Corey Perry and appeared visibly uncomfortable following the play.
The 32-year-old forward has registered eight points (four goals, four assists) through nine playoff contests.
He ranked second in team scoring during the regular season, tallying 67 points (19 goals, 48 assists) in 66 games.
Edmonton currently leads the second-round series 2-1.
