Dirty Boxing is a new combat sports promotion created by former UFC fighter Mike Perry. It combines elements of boxing and MMA, utilizing a smaller 18-foot ring and three-minute rounds. Fighters are allowed to use all hand strikes, including elbows, and can use ground strikes after a knockdown, but must remain standing while doing so. The promotion previously held a preview event in November where Yoel Romero secured a first-round knockout victory over Duane Crespo.
