Dillon Danis: KSI and Logan Paul’s Boxing Careers Are Over, Jake Paul is Next

Sports news » Dillon Danis: KSI and Logan Paul’s Boxing Careers Are Over, Jake Paul is Next

Dillon Danis is still full of self-belief.

The social media personality and occasional fighter recently declared on social media that he has finished the boxing careers of Logan Paul and KSI. He also indicated that Jake Paul is his next opponent.

This bold claim comes after KSI hinted at uncertainty about his boxing future in a video. Danis responded to this by tweeting, “I’ve retired KSI without even throwing a punch.”

He continued with further tweets related to his ongoing rivalry with the Paul brothers.

Danis, known for his Brazilian jiu-jitsu skills, has had a sporadic fight career since 2018. He fought for Bellator twice, winning both times by first-round submission, but hasn`t competed in MMA for nearly six years.

In October 2023, Danis boxed Logan Paul in a match that became somewhat of a spectacle due to Danis`s lack of engagement. He was disqualified in the sixth round for attempting an illegal takedown and choke. This was Paul`s last boxing match as he is now focused on professional wrestling with WWE.

Danis was scheduled to fight KSI at Misfits Boxing 21 on March 29, but KSI withdrew due to illness. This was the second time their fight was cancelled. The first planned fight in January 2023 was also called off after Misfits Boxing matchmaker Mams Taylor claimed Danis was unfit to compete.
