The boxing match featuring former UFC fighters Darren Till and Darren Stewart has been rescheduled to headline the Misfits Boxing 21 event, set to take place on May 16th in Derby, England.
Originally planned as the co-main event for a Misfits card headlined by KSI versus Dillon Danis, the Till-Stewart fight was elevated after the KSI fight was cancelled due to KSI`s illness. While the status of the KSI vs. Danis fight remains uncertain, Till and Stewart are confirmed to face off on May 16th.
This marks Till`s third professional boxing match since his departure from the UFC, where he once competed for the welterweight title. In his previous boxing bout, Till secured a sixth-round victory against Anthony Taylor, marking his first professional boxing win.
Stewart, on the other hand, will be making his professional boxing debut after a career in MMA dating back to 2014, including 14 UFC fights. His last MMA fight resulted in a TKO loss to Carlos Pereira at a Cage Warriors event in 2024.
The Till vs. Stewart fight is part of the Misfits Boxing 21 card on May 16th, which also includes a light heavyweight title fight between Idris Virgo and Ty Mitchell, alongside other social media personalities.
The event will be broadcast on DAZN.
