«Я совершенно не понимаю этой суматохи вокруг нового регламента Формулы-1», — заявил Абт. «Всегда будут критики, когда что-то меняется. Это обычное дело, и я не вижу здесь ничего нового или удивительного».
Бывший гонщик призвал к более спокойному и конструктивному подходу к обсуждению изменений, полагая, что время покажет истинную ценность новых правил.

He believes that such changes always provoke dissatisfaction among a portion of the audience, and this is not the first time this has happened.
Abt emphasized that the introduction of new rules, whether in sports or any other field, inevitably sparks discussions and critical remarks. In his opinion, there will always be those who are unhappy, regardless of how well-thought-out and progressive the innovations are.
“I absolutely don’t understand this fuss around the new Formula 1 regulations,” Abt stated. “There will always be critics when something changes. It’s a common occurrence, and I don’t see anything new or surprising here.”
The former racer urged for a calmer and more constructive approach to discussing the changes, believing that time will reveal the true value of the new rules.
