Following his defeat at UFC Vegas 105, Dana White shared a close-up photo with UFC fans of Daniel Frunza`s lip injury.
In Saturday`s preliminary fight against Rhys McKee, Frunza endured a brutal first round assault. Despite almost being knocked out multiple times, Frunza showed resilience going into the second round. Regrettably, a severe cut and tear to Frunza`s lip prompted the ringside doctor to stop the fight, a justified decision.
Post-fight, the UFC president displayed a gruesome yet remarkable “before and after” image of Frunza`s lip injury, viewable below.

McKee secured his first UFC victory after four consecutive losses, in what was likely his final opportunity to remain in the organization. The veteran Cage Warriors fighter achieved his 10th career first-round finish.
For Frunza, his five-fight winning streak was halted.
